Return and Refund Policy

At The Flourish Care, we value your trust and satisfaction. Due to the nature of our haircare and skincare products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been received, opened or used. However, we have outlined a clear and fair refund policy to address any concerns you may have.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  1. Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos and proof of damage. Once verified, we will issue a full refund.

  2. Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Refusal at Delivery

If you choose not to accept the product at the time of delivery, you may refuse it. Please note that the shipping charges will be deducted from the total order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@theflourishcare.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  2. Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
